Tropical Cyclone Erin was the very first hurricane for the 2025 Atlantic Hurricane Season. Not only that, but the storm reached a catastrophic
Category 5 Major Hurricane strength. Luckily, the storm made no landfall on the coasts it inched very close to. The storm had went under a Eyewall Replacement Cycle, where it had become even larger before re-strengthening to a Category 4 Major Hurricane. After this, it rather quickly weakened and moved northeast. The storm organized on 8/11/2025 and disorganized on 8/22/2025, lasting about 11 days.
