The Tropical Storm's History
This storm devasted the Honduras and brought 30 inches of rain. Flash flooding was imminent, unlike how the U.S. was impacted, since it wasn't. This storm was initially forecast to hit Florida, but changed as upper level winds became hostile over the Gulf of Mexico. But that was not all, this storm still slowly held on as it passed through the Yucatan Peninsula, causing 80 MPH winds and at least 4 inches of rain. Not nearly as much as the Honduras, however.
